A Mouth That Moves and Means It
Saul speaks five phrases triggered by motion or toggled manually, and his latex mouth moves and mutters along with every word. The phrases range from lighthearted Halloween and ice cream themes to lines with darkly suggestive undertones involving blood as a topping. At the end of each line, he leans forward, closing the distance just enough to make the moment land. That motion-synced lean is what separates Saul from a static prop: it creates a transaction, a moment of contact between him and whoever walked too close.
The Construction Behind the Creep
At 78 inches tall to the top of his pink hat, Saul is built around molded hands and a molded head, both covered in latex for texture and presence. His yellow glowing eyes activate along with the rest of him, and his full carnival costume, complete with ice cream cone and "Free Ice Cream" sign, sells the character from every angle. He runs on standard outlet power and supports on/off and motion-detection activation modes.

Front porches reward Saul's motion sensor best. Walkways where guests have no choice but to pass within range give him the setup he needs to perform. Haunted corridors and entry halls work especially well if you want the lean-in moment to land in a confined space.
