Perfectly Plush Details
This officially licensed costume Disney Webby Costume begins with a cuddle plush pink shirt and white Minky skirt with an attached polyfill tail. Yellow spandex tights with an elastic waistband complete the base outfit. Top it off with the cuddle plush hat, complete with posable wire bill, embroidered eyes and lashes, faux fur tuft, and pink bow. White Minky gloves are the final character component!
