Eye-Catching Shimmer
The costume features a thigh-length 100% polyester velour jacket that wears like a sassy shift dress when secured in the front by its single black plastic button. Its rich blue color and satin lapels along its plunging neckline give the costume jacket a healthy shimmer. Meanwhile, lace cuffs attached at the end of each sleeve ensure the structured silhouette features a bit of playful elegance and the illusion of a blouse layered beneath the revealing garment.
Light Lace Layers
A white collar secures at the back of the neck with a simple hook-and-loop fastener. Its layers of ruffled lace give the appearance of a retro shirt front, while its close fit and short length ensure it does nothing to minimize the costume's sultry styling. Meanwhile, thick, black-framed glasses with clear, prescription-less plastic lenses add a quirky detail to the costume and complete the character-inspired ensemble.
