An Enchanting Ensemble
Look and feel as enchanting as Mrs. Potts in our licensed Mrs. Potts costume. The style emulates Mrs. Potts design starting with a zippered dress featuring a bottom tier with petals, ruffles around the middle tier, a bow at the waist, and a gold sleeve. Two skirt hoops add a round shape to the dress when threaded into inner loops. A clip-on mini hat and wide collar complete the look.
