There are Halloween decorations that blend into the background and then there is Dead Squad Debbie, a life-size zombie cheerleader animatronic who absolutely refuses to sit on the bench. She stands with arms wide, pom poms raised, and a jaw that drops every time someone walks by. This is the kind of decoration guests remember long after the candy runs out.

Debbie wears her blood-splattered "Fear Team" uniform like a badge of honor. Twin pigtails frame a decayed face with glowing white eyes that flash with eerie intensity. Her red and white skirt, rotting skin, and cheerleader sneakers paint a portrait of a Friday night gone very, very wrong... and she looks incredible doing it.
Every Grunt Has a Purpose
The sound design is where Debbie truly comes alive. She cycles through 3–4 variations of zombie cheer audio, mixing guttural grunts, raspy attempts at crowd cheers, nostalgic high school game-time music, and sharp coach whistle blasts. The sounds layer together to suggest she is desperately trying to remember something that happened before the undead took over her memory.
Arms Up, Eyes Flashing, Jaw Dropping
Motion and sound arrive together. Her arms pump with the pom poms swinging, her jaw moves in time with her cheers, and her white eyes flash to punctuate every moment. Placed near an entryway or along a walkway, the full animatronic effect catches guests mid-stride and delivers a genuine startle before they even reach the door.
