- AUTHENTIC DESIGN: We designed this Cindy Lou Who kid's costume to recreate the character's memorable look. Our costume features a full length pink dress with scalloped edges on the collar, cuffs, and hemline. It also includes a headband and a 20" red ornament that can be carried.

This Cindy Lou pink Dr. Seuss costume features a back zipper and elastic at the sleeve cuffs so it will be comfy and easy to wear.
