Flight-Ready Orange From Collar to Cockpit
The orange stretch polyester twill jumpsuit anchors the entire look. Ribbed knit collar and sleeve stripes add texture, while a contrasting gray leg band breaks up the silhouette. A center front hook and loop closure keeps the fit secure, and side pockets are functional enough to tuck the vest hose end neatly out of sight.
The Vest That Flies the Rebel Flag
The white vinyl vest is where the costume identity sharpens. Padded batting in the lapels gives the shoulders real structure. The foam-backed chest box is printed with pilot support graphics and sits front and center. A screen-printed Rebel Alliance symbol marks allegiance clearly, and decorative black plastic tubing runs along the side for that authentic piloting-a-T-70-X-wing look.
Gear That Completes the Squadron Look
The helmet mask is hard-shell construction in black and orange, carrying the Rebel Alliance symbol on the face guard. Yellow-tinted transparent lenses and elastic straps with rivet attachments keep it fitted. Black vinyl gloves cover the hands, and the dark gray nylon belt harness wraps around the torso and legs with a silver sliding buckle to lock it all in place.
