A green velvet vine, with a posable wire for the perfect fit, wraps around the waist, crowned by a plush yellow flower.
The skirt boasts a stiff tulle overlay and a discreet hoop, creating a regal, full-bodied sway. Complete the ensemble with a pair of green spandex gloves, and a headband adorned with satin petals and delicate pearl stems, for an enchanting Halloween.
