The costume starts with a poly-cotton dress designed with comfort and accuracy in mind. The dress is secured in the back with a button and loop closure. Elastic in the back waist and ruffled wrist cuffs ensure a comfortably snug fit, while the flowy balloon sleeves and ready-to-twirl circle skirt promise the wearer room to breathe.
Attached Apron for Easy Accessorizing
The costume's apron is sewn into the dress's shoulders to ensure the essential accessory can't be lost.
