Polka-dot tulle is used for a ready-to-twirl skirt, while satin materials give shape to a more structured bodice, puff sleeves, and layered peplum. Clown Crown
The included accessories help pull the entire look together. A mini clown hat featuring a black-and-white striped crown and black brim with a scalloped hem coordinates perfectly with the costume dress.
