The 501st Walks Among You
Captain Rex spent years at the front lines of the Clone Wars, leading the 501st Legion through battles that defined an era. His blue-marked armor became a symbol of something rarer than firepower: a clone who thought for himself. This Halloween, feature a character who proved even in a group of clones, there are individual tales to be told. Built for the Battlefield
The jumpsuit is jersey fabric, printed with Rex's black, blue, and white designs from the chest plate detailing to the leg paneling. Foam molded armor panels are integrated into the construction, sewn directly into the armor sections for structure that reads as three-dimensional. Knee areas include attached side panel and pod details that add visual depth without adding bulk.
The Armor That Identifies You
The foam molded mask carries Rex's white base with blue and black graphic markings, styled to match the clone trooper silhouette. The printed jersey hood pairs to make a light layered helmet illusion, fitting with hook and loops.
Gloves, Belt, and the Finishing Details
Sublimation-printed gloves with elastic at the openings complete the hands. The belt uses foam backing for structure and hook and loop closures, with attached tasset panels at the front, back, and sides. Rectangular pocket and holster panels sit at the sides, rounding out the equipment silhouette. Every wearable piece works together as a coordinated set.
