The full-body jumpsuit is made from soft jersey fabric and fully sublimated to recreate Groot's bark-like texture with earthy browns, mossy greens, and natural-looking wood grain. Foam-backed shoulders and chest panels give the costume structure and a rough-hewn look, while built-in fiberfill along the arms and torso adds a powerful, bulky silhouette. The legs extend into foam foot covers shaped like wooden toes, completing the creature-from-the-forest illusion. A back zipper makes suiting up quick and simple.
Head-to-Twig Transformation
To complete the outer bark, the costume includes a full-coverage hood made from matching printed fabric. It fastens with hook-and-loop closures for a snug, tree-trunk fit, serving as the base for Groot's tall, branchy head.
