I think I want to tryout these pumpkin pancakes because I've never had them in my life before! BTW, here is the link on the below what I found last night by MSN online. http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/33092423/ ... _and_wine/It only included 3 pumpkin recipes. 1. Martha's maple roasted pumpkin salad 2. Harvest pumpkin soup 3. Pumpkin ice cream sandwiches So I had Edy's pumpkin ice cream from last year, and my girlfriend loved it! She wanted to get some more of that pumpkin ice cream this weekend!

Today I bought Pillsbury Halloween Funfetti cake mix, so I'm going to make it tonight. It's for my family's dinner tomorrow night. You may check it out www.pillsburybaking.com and look up for Halloween Funfetti cake.

Actualy there are 30 ways to eat a pumpkin, so that list should have 30 items on it. But in any case, some of those pumpkin recipes look quite tastey, and I will definately be trying my hand at the cheese cake before Halloween is upon us.
