Hi Folks:
I don't know how all of you are fairing with the hot weather, but it's murder. I didn't ride the bike to work today because it was supposed to storm, but I think I'll be glad to be in the air condidioned car tonight. I am going to take the bike into work if it's not going to rain tomorrow, but then again, it's supposed to be even hotter tomorrow, so maybe I won't.

Yeah, it been terrible. I think it got all the way up to 73° here today. At least it was a dry heat.

Nevermore, I wish I had your problem. I didn't even ride the Harley to work today, because it's suposed to be 97 and humid. Hopefully it will cool down a tad for the 4th of July, and I can light off some fire crackers.

It's been nearing 100 here for quite a while now. That's Texas summer though so I'm very used to it. It doesn't really stop me from going out or heading to the park. Extreme cold on the other hand...

Extreme cold doesn't bother me all that much, but extreme heat?? I didn't even ride the Harley into work today because it's supposed to be 97 with 80% humidity, and it might rain. Illinois is surrounded by some hum-dinger thunder storms.

We've been kinda lucky, we haven't had much humidity and it been 100, in the shade it's not too bad. It's suppose to be 104 on the 4th here, I think I'll be watching the fireworks from my TV this year!!!

The newer TVs don't put out very much heat at all. Even the huge 75 and 150 inchers are back lit by LEDs, and use LCD to modualate te picture. The old CRE TVs were alittle warmer operating, and tube equipment use to get very hot. I have a vaccum tube power amplifier in my stereo system, and it radiates the heat.
