That would be an interesting fight indeed, but Santa is non violent, so I think Michael Myers would win.

Donner - Not Sure but I think Male
Blitzen - Not sure but I think Female.
Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer - Male.

Mike The internet say they all female because male reindeer looses the antler in November and Santa reindeer have antler at Christmas on December 25.  Reindeer only species that both male, female, and juvenile has anter.

I'm gonna go ahead and say Santa. Dude has flying reindeer so he can always just take off and like Murf said, those things will just stomp Michael's guts out (it would be about time!). Never been a big Michael Myers fan. And I think if Sam showed up, he would probably fight on Santa's side. Santa is wearing a costume (check), and he's passing out toys and treats to all the little boys and girls (check). Michael Myers just shows up and tries to ruin everyone's life.
