The Last Circus (2010) I have seen More Brains! It is a documentary about ROTLD. I wouldn't recommend it because there is nothing new in it all. There's no information about ROTLD in it that everyone already doesn't know.

Well, there are certainly some Halloween-themed comedies. Obviously Ghostbusters is the best. Oh, and Hocus Pocus. We also have Haunted Mansion & Casper in our collection. And there are some great animated movies that might fall into that category, like Nightmare before Christmas and Corpse Bride. Maybe Coraline.
Stardust and Enchanted are not, strictly speaking, Halloween films, but they do involve witchcraft and magic. I would call both of them comedies.
As for foreign horror films, I know only about those that have been remade for American markets--things like The Grudge and The Ring. Let the Right One In/Let Me In. (In the latter instance, I actually own the original, haven't seen the American version.)
