I dont think it's any worse then any other, I havent had any issues with it and I havent got a nasty bug in years.....
You download it and run the activation code so you dont have to go to the store to buy it and it's good for a year and 3 computers...

iHaunt, I almost forgot, it also doesnt eat all your resource power like Norton does and it can integrate into your browser so it monitors each page you pull up and will block it if it finds something bad, also it has a lot of features you can turn on or off as you need them...
