Personally I wouldn't.
I did a Ouija Board once in school & it put me off ever doing something like that again. It wasn't a bad experience, just something that at the time shook me up a little & i've never forgotten it. So no I wouldn't want to try it.

Honestly, I'm not sure. As a teenager I participated in a few impromptu seances, but those weren't "real" or serious, and weren't much more than an excuse for teens to hold hands in the dark, LOL. I have never been to one with the medium present, the way you see in the movies. I guess I'd have to want to connect with someone on the other side really, really, badly to do that.
The Bible does warn against doing it, which suggests to me that it might be possible to make some kind of "other side" connection. But I guess you might also invite into your life something that you wouldn't want there.

Yes I have and it was a blast. Some weird things happened, but it was so long ago I don't remember the specifics of what did happen.

Now I wouldn't. Like Murf, I did play around with it a little when I was a kid, as did a lot of my friends. We would hold "seances" and we would try to summon "Mary Worth" but as I got older, I started having serious reservations about that sort of thing. My religion, as I found out later in life, forbids it to boot, so I stay away from seances and the like.
Here's the real kicker, though. In order to summon "Mary Worth," you had to stand in front of a mirror with two candles lit, lights turned off, and with your hands up like you were swearing an oath, and say "I believe in Mary Worth" 7 times. All of us have tried it, but none of us EVER got to number 7. Only one of us, my friend, got up to number 5. All of us would chicken out after saying it 4 times. According to legend, if you said it 7 times, her image would appear in the mirror, and she would kill you.
I STILL won't say that 7 times in front of a mirror. In fact, I won't even allow others to hold seances in my house any morel

we always did the same thing, but we said " I believe in Bloody Mary"...I wonder who Mary Worth was? I think I would participate, and then hugely regret it if there was any 'activity', because I wouldn't sleep again in my lifetime..lol

oops...same person.. I found this website
Bloody Mary is the children's game of summoning an evil and vengeful witch of the same name. This is done by standing in a bathroom, with one candle lit and calling the name "Bloody Mary" into the mirror three times in a row. It is only the bravest of children who would attempt to participate in this game.
It is believed that by taking part in this game, and summoning the witch, it would have one of the following terrible consequences:
eyes being ripped out by the witch.
found with claw marks all over body.
disappear mysteriously from the bathroom and end up in the mirror with the witch for eternity.
view the horrifying image of the witch appear in the mirror.
driven insane or dropping dead on the spot at the appearance of the witch in the mirror.
suffer terrible claw marks all over face.

I was always too afraid to say "Bloody Mary" as a child. I wouldn't even say it now come to think of it!
I will add that I am interested in people's accounts of seances though.

I've never been in a seance, never messed with a Ouija board, never did the Bloody Mary stuff. I see and hear stuff pretty often, so I think I'd rather not invite something else into my world.
