Well, coffee is not my good-tasting flavor, but I do love cappuccino. I don't drink during the summer time - but if someone offers me for the morning, then that would be fine. I refuse to drink after the noon, even night too!
Yeah, some Gatorade will give you heartburn! And, for any Gatorade drinks - I'd have to stay away from any lemon flavors, you know? It'll give you bad heartburn! I only prefer Berry-Punch only... well, I do love Grape - still it gives me heartburn too! I don't understand why!

Someties I take a potassium s uppliment because my legs cramp from time to time. I use to drink gaterade, but I stopped because of the heart burn.
Bannannas and baked potatos are also a great source of potassium. If you use a potassium suppliment, however, you do have to be careful not to take too much. Too much potassium in your system can be just as bad as not enoujgh.
When I was kid, I used to love to eat banana split ice cream.... but not have it anymore for a long time... My grandpa still loves it and he always eats during the summer time! And, I have banana floater for my swimming pool.
So, is there any good cold drink that we can try this summer?
