Have a Happy New Year everybody! Hope you can all relax and enjoy yourselves over the weekend MURF that sounds really good! I'd like to add that to the sauerkraut & pork menu, for sure. Yours must be especially great, because you actually make it the good old-fashioned way from "scratch" with dried beans!
I just Googled images for black-eyed peas & greens, and there's a huge variety of ways to prepare that! Maybe you can share your own recipe sometime, unless it's a deep family secret  They all look pretty delicious!

I do the kraut and sausage, too. I don't care too much for black eyed peas.
