You have to be very careful not to abuse those energy drinks because they can also be bad for your heart. And Chang is quite right. Those drinks will give you the cafeen jitters, as it did when I went to pick up my Harley from the dealership the day I bought it.

A person at my work office obtained a box of the 5 hour energy that a guy gave as sample but I told her no way was I going to take one of those 5 hour energy because I never want to feel un natural like that.

I don't blame you, Chang, all though I do consume a lot of cafine during the day time. I've been having problems sleeping because of it, so I am cutting it back to 2 or 3 cafinated beverages per day.
I only use those energy drinks when I am seriously fatigued.

Yes, that is a very old joke. I heard it in 1981, from a girl cousen of mine who was only about 11 years old at the time. She didn't actualy "get it," and I dared not explain it to her.
