I'm making two recipes from my TOH Halloween issue--apricot glazed pork loin (crock pot meal) and the Italian squash casserole. The casserole smells wonderful but took forever to chippy chop up. (It has roasted garlic, butternut & zucchini squash, red onion, garden tomatoes, and red bell peppers). I'm also going to have mashed potatoes.

Me either. Maybe meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans and garlic breads. (Homemade dinner). ;)
