I'm making two recipes from my TOH Halloween issue--apricot glazed pork loin (crock pot meal) and the Italian squash casserole. The casserole smells wonderful but took forever to chippy chop up. (It has roasted garlic, butternut & zucchini squash, red onion, garden tomatoes, and red bell peppers). I'm also going to have mashed potatoes.
